Coming to Zagreb

Lelaki Komunis Terakhir screens on 9 December in the Human Rights Film Festival of Zagreb. This might be the first time I am in the same section as Richard Linklater and Terrence Malick.

This might also be the last international screening of the year, bringing the total to over 20 festivals. I never thought it would travel so well overseas since I always thought it was kind of a 'local' subject and approach. The irony of course is that no local screenings have been possible.

Oh well. As the Malay scientist says in Atomic Jaya: "Chest la vie!"
